Help Us Make A Difference This Christmas With Sunny Kids

At TOWN, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. This Christmas, we’re proud to continue our partnership with SunnyKids, an incredible organisation providing a vital social and emotional safety net for thousands of children and families on the Sunshine Coast.  

As the holiday season approaches, we’re inviting you to join us in making this Christmas unforgettable for local families impacted by domestic violence.  

Sunny Kids Christmas Drive

Our Maroochydore office at 1/48-50 Duporth, Maroochydore is now home to a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, waiting to be surrounded by gifts of hope and happiness. We welcome our clients and the wider community to visit us, say hello to our friendly team, and place a new, unwrapped gift under the tree.  

Every gift you give helps to brighten the lives of children and families who deserve a joyful holiday season. Together, we can show them they are supported, valued, and cared for.  

Drop Off Deadline: 13th December 2024.

Drop Off Location: TOWN Office–1/48-50 Duporth

What to Donate 

Not sure what to bring? 

This year we are supporting four mums and 11 of their children with an age range between 9 years old and 18 years old. 

Here are some gift ideas:  

- Toys: Lego, Meccano, sports equipment, art kits, board games, and more.  

- Electronics: Portable Bluetooth speakers, headphones, cameras.  

- Gift Cards: Think cinemas, shopping centres, clothing stores, or fun experiences.  

A Few Simple & Important Considerations 

- Please donate new, unwrapped items. Allowing SunnyKids to direct each one to the most appropriate recipient. Gift bags or wrapping supplies can be included separately but aren’t necessary.  

- Avoid second-hand goods or toy weapons to ensure every gift is safe and appropriate for the children receiving them.  

- Please do not donate toy weapons or items that promote violence of any kind. Many of the children Sunny Kids assist have experienced domestic violence and may find these items distressing. 

Your kindness and generosity can make all the difference. Whether it’s a toy that sparks creativity, a gift card for a memorable outing, or something small and thoughtful, your contribution will bring smiles to children who need it most.
