In partnership with cube developments, the town team have been an embedded partner, helping bring to life this project and the integral role it plays in the transformation of the Birtinya area.

Working alongside the cube team, town planner & architect, town have played a key role from interior design though to all aspects of marketing and sales.

This amenity rich project, coupled with a seamless marketing and sales strategy, resulted in the entire project of 55 units being sold off the plan, with completion end of 2021.
