Silkstone, Queensland

Silkstone is a suburb of Ipswich, Queensland, Australia. At the 2016 Australian Census, the suburb recorded a population of 3,480.[1] Bundamba Creek marks the eastern boundary of Silkstone.

Education

The Silkstone State School was established in 1882.[2]

Bremer State High School opened 31 August 2010.[3] Bremer State is a coeducational school, catering to year 7 through 12. At 2016, enrollment was 1806.[4]
