Sarah Smith brings a strong background in real estate administration, marketing and operations to her role within Team Groer at TOWN.

With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and International Business, along with her Real Estate Sales Certificate, Sarah has built broad experience across both commercial and residential real estate. Her career has seen her work across the full property sales process, from listing and marketing through to contracts and settlement, as well as office operations, recruitment, onboarding, staff training and systems management.

Organised, proactive and adaptable, Sarah thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in keeping every detail on track. Her experience across multiple areas of real estate gives her a strong understanding of what it takes to support a successful sales team and provide a smooth experience for clients.

Now part of Team Groer, Sarah brings a practical, people focused approach and a genuine passion for property and the Sunshine Coast community.
