The skills Charlotte picked up in her former job have positioned her advantageously in her role as EA – including time management, prospecting, client liaison, marketing, ability to work effectively under pressure, and reach KPIs. Always up for a challenge, and not afraid to step outside her comfort zone; Charlotte is the perfect fit for the dynamic team at TOWN and is well liked and respected by her colleagues. Goal oriented, with a strong work ethic, and ability to learn and adapt on the run when needed – Charlotte is fully onboard with TOWN’s ethos and culture. Charlotte is tertiary educated, holding a Bachelor of Science degree, and always embraces any opportunity to upskill, gain new knowledge, and professionally grow and develop. When not working, Charlotte enjoys spending time hiking, camping, 4wding, travelling, and has a keen interest in photography and videography.
