Compiled annually by Real Estate Business, the Top Agents ranking recognises the highest-performing agents across the state, highlighting agents who are setting the benchmark within the industry.
For Craig, the recognition reflects not only years of dedication to the Sunshine Coast market, but also the continued growth of TOWN as a boutique agency built around first-class service, innovative marketing and genuine client relationships.
Over the past 12 months, Craig and the TOWN team have continued to deliver standout results throughout the prestige property market, with more than $174 million in sales volume, 80 settlements and an average sale price exceeding $2.17 million. The ranking also highlighted a strong level of consistency across the business, with 91 listings serviced throughout the year.
Supported by Zach Favell and Mitch Lehmann, the achievement also reflects the strength of the team operating behind the scenes to deliver a seamless experience for clients from campaign launch through to settlement.
Speaking on the recognition, Craig said the achievement was ultimately a reflection of the people around him.
